farzana baruchi , better known in telugu-tamil film industry as farzana , was born in a parsi family in mumbai. she had done as model in many ads of herohonda, big bazzar etc. well, another interesting fact is that she was a coreographer in earlier days. she was once the leading choreographer of  stage performances of great singer adnan sami. she had also done choreography in films like zinda of sanjaydutt- john abraham. but, she felt her talent is to be used in acting,, so entered films in tollywood in a glamorous role in Bhagyalakshmi Bumper Draw (2006) . her main film till update is 1977 – a big budget starrer in which she was an heroine along with namitha. the film flopped, but tamil audience who came to see namitha in big screen also enjoyed the new young beauty farzana.
