Ayan is the next movie of Surya post to Vaaranam Aayiram which is set to release on August 15.Ayan is made in Big Budget and major location was Malasiya.Tamanna(Happy Days,Kallori) pairs Surya in AYAN.Ayan is directed by KV Anand ,director of Kana Kandein.Through his first film itself KV ANAND proved his Caliber,so we can expect another fine movie from him.Ayyan is the story about life and dreams of a young man.

Yep! Atlast Kuselan officially released its shooting sessions. The core team called a press meet on June 18 @ Le Meridian Hotel & published these pics. Kuselan is the remake of malayalam superhit “Kada parayumbol” which I have mentioned in my previous posts. The remake will be done by P.Vasu in Tamil & movie will be released in telugu too with name “Kathanayakudu”. Its shooting is over & the movie is under post-production works. The proposed date of release of movie is July 30th.
After Malaikottai,Vishal’s next movie Sathyam is upto relese.Malaikottai was a succesful movie.In Sathyam vishal does the role of a committed police officer working for the welfare of the society.As indicated in this trailer the movie tells about the changes or uprising in the society “When the System Fails”.
Sathyam is a well action packed movie made in big budget.One car chasing scene in the movie had costed 2 crore!Nayanthara pairs Vishal in the movie.It is said to be the remake of malayalam movie Sathyam in which Prithviraj and the National award winning actress Priyamani did the lead roles.Sathyam will hit the theaters in August 15 and will compete with hyped Varanam Aayiram of Suriya.
Sathyam is made in a budget of 22 crores whic is not at all an exciting thing as tamil movie industry is after big budget movies!The music is done by Harris Jayaraj,the hitmaker.Another hot news was that Nayanthara refused a kiss scene with Vishal in this movie….Very much sad to miss that!
Surya -Gautham Reunion movie Varanam Aayiram will be relased on August 15.The movie was postponed many times.Its now a recent trend in Tamil movie industry to lag the release of movies.Sivaji lagged about 6 months and Dasavatharam about 1.5 years, anyway this lagging hasnt done any bad to movies considering Sivaji and Dasavatharam,Sivaji was a big hit and so far as Dasavatharam also.Gautham Menon is the director of Kakha Kakha(Surya-Jyothika), Vettaiyaadu Vilyaadu(KamalHassan-Jyothika) and Pachakili Muthucharam(SarathKumar-Jyothika).Another interesting thing which i noticed in his movies is that eventhough his movies are made in Hollywood standard the names are typical tamil names,like Vettayiadu Vilayadu etc.

Anyways I am against the movie as far as script is concerned but I strongly admire the movie for Kamals performances, 1200 AD scenes, 10 unique faces etc. These all I have pointed out in m review. He also has got a mixed up feedbacks but what stands out is as a performer Dasavatharam is a wonderful milestone in Kamals career. Kamal says like this “Many fans,critics & people called me & what all they have said is, they are going to watch the movie again to extract the maximum out of Kamals performance” So whatever may be the case, whether a flop or hit Dasavatharam is really an added milestone to Kamals career which will get noticed in Hollywood the Eden Gardens of world cinema.
