The musical genius is back with another film “Sakkarakatti” . My first comment is am damn disappointed because it uses the same music of “Menaakshi” an old Tabu movie. Though its music was a hit, using the same here will disappoint a real AR Rahman fan.

About the songs:

Hmm! I liked Taxi Taxi nanba much. The Rap used in the song is really smashing & is different type in many senses. Though its not upto an ARR level, still its okay!  Now comes “Marudani” which’s a beutiful melody by Rahman. Still its not valued like “Munbe Vaa” or like his many other genius compositions. Of all “Sakkarakatti” is an average!
